Would have been 5 stars, but had run out of brown bread. Staff polite, but couldnt hear them to well. Food good.

We went just before closing and ate in, super clean bright and tidy, ordered a salad and 6 inch sub and both were fresh and tasty. Due to the time of our visit we were the only people in when we arrived so we didnt have to wait for our food. The staff were pleasant and friendly - normally avoid as its always so busy but will definitely return later in the day when quieter as its closer than the Eccleston one and open later.

Asked for it toasted and it wasn’t and was stone cold when delivered (I ain’t blaming the driver as this was clearly cold straight away). Asked for extra cheese didn’t get any. The footlong wasn’t even cut. Looks as tho my 5 year old niece had prepared this. Only eaten due to not eating in the past 24 hours. Ask yourself this..would you be happy receiving something not remotely to what you asked for?..no don’t think you would so why’s it acceptable to send poor standards of food to us GOOD paying customers

I've just been here with my family and I've was really impressed with the staff. Its busy, saints are playing and these staff are working hard. However, they are super nice and helpful. My family are fussy and I'm sure our order was straight forward but this team handled it perfectly, like it wasn't even an issue. I was so impressed I just had to go somewhere and write about it.Well done! 11/10 easy.

They totally mixed our delivery. No meat, wrong sauces, olives and jalapenos in sandwich where they should not be. Think two times before order from here

What a customer service! Subway can you please kindly remind all of your female workers that the reason behind them wearing headbands is not for aesthetic purposes but ONLY for hygiene purposes. The blonde lady serving us today on the first counter had two tufts of hair pending at the front. Literally pending into the food she was serving. It was so unpractical that she was constantly touching those two tufts to move them back. And then wirhout bother she was continuing to make sandwiches after touching her hair. Firstly, what is the point of wearing the headband if all hair are not tucked backwards? Can you remind all your workers of hygiene standards as this is the very basic in food industry. She might have been new and I don't blame her for that. At least teach your workers that if they ain't hygienic that whenever they touch any of their body parts, hair, nose, mouth etc they MUST change their gloves and wash their hands. In addition, the sandwiches were like thrown at us without being offered a bag, without saying enjoy, have a good one, see you again. On top of that the lady at the cashier, decided to just throw away the receipt without even asking whether we needed it or not. What a shamble of customer service. Next time I will have zero tolerance for any of your workers who have poor hygiene habits!

I love a good 6 but sometimes you need the full 12" to be satisfied. Earn points using the Subway app. each time you buy something. Food is fresh & the tea/coffee is really nice. Sit in or take-away. Lots of choice & inexpensive for what you get. Wheelchair friendly too."
