People said that buying your first home can be one of the most stressful things to do in life. Today I finally completed on my purchase and I can honestly say that this has been the most pleasant experience that I could have asked for.Raza Ali has been fantastic to work with over the last few months, professional, responsive and honest. I received excellent service from Raza Ali of Shakespeare Martineau in seeing this property sale through. There were two other solicitors involved, acting for the purchaser and the Landlord, who were not always as timely or on top of matters as one might have wished. Nevertheless, my own input into the sale process was kept to minimum. Despite my absence on holiday, we were able to communicate effectively in the last few days of the process and achieve exchange and completion promptly on my return. All in all, a very positive experience, and I would have no hesitation in using this firm again.
