Great staff, brilliant shop. Always happy to help, give advice. Friendly and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my decorating needs. Wonderful choice of wallpapers, paint etc. I highly recommend them and have been using this shop, formally Williamsons, for over 25 years.

Visited a short while back and the young assistant was very good in helping with samples and colours re:wallpapersUnfortunately the assistant on the other end of the phone recently, wasnt as motivated. On trying to speak with someone for quite a while, the respondent wasnt in the slightest interested. At least to take a number and have someone ring me back would have been professional. So, the internet wins and so will benefit my purchase. They wonder why shops are going bust!!!!!

Good idea for you Williamson's: tell people when items are special order and that any surplus cannot be returned. Do not lie and say you told me when you didn't. Tut tut.You have lost somewhere in the range of £1000.00 worth of business from me annually.
