Doree Bonner International

We used Doree Bonner to move us from Kent to Devon last week which involved 2 lorries over a 3 day period. They put us completely at ease with their professionalism, friendliness, efficiency and courtesy. We couldn't have asked for more and would definitely recommend/use again.

This is the second time we have used Bonner's and it was an excellent service from start to finish. Packers were very quick and efficient and helped with items we couldn't wrap. Also went beyond their role and advised how to deal with issues with washing machine etc. Would definitely use again.

Doree Bonner have been excellent. From the quote, to collection and shipping. We found everyone to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, open and probably most importantly trustworthy, given some concerns we had about using smaller, less well established, firms. The quote was very close to our final volume, they had a special van to help with collection using our very constrained side road, they knew about the specifics of what needed to be declared when going to Australia and were friendly throughout. They took a lot of stress out of what was a manic time, emigrating abroad.

A highly professional and friendly company at every level of the business and at every stage of the process. From the initial telephone enquiry and the home visit from their agent to price up the job to moving day itself and all the calls and emails with questions in between - always an excellent service with no reason for complaint!Well organised and efficient staff - they make everything very easy and take a lot of stress out of a process that is typically filled with numerous stresses. They were extremely courteous; very, very friendly and unfailingly professional. Doree Bonner handled our move from Kent to Cheshire last week. The entire experience was top rate, very professional and completely hassle-free. Graham and Neil who moved our stuff were very pleasant, helpful, hard-working and courteous. We couldn't have wished for a better removal service.

Excellent service,very competent packers! From the man who packed the first day to the 4 men who came for the second day of packing and the actual move,everyone was polite,kind,and patient with my elderly mother. They had their work cut out for them,going up and down two flights of stairs at both ends,but did an awesome job. Re-delivery of the items that hadn't fit the first time was prompt,with the same great crew. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an easy move.

An absolutely brilliant service. Doree Bonner were significantly cheaper than their competitors, saving us about £500. Their movers arrived on time, were well presented and very friendly, and between them managed to safely and respectfully load and unload all of my household within a few hours. It was truly an excellent service and would highly recommend them.

Disgusting service.They arrived to remove items that were damaged in a house fire 2 months prior.They turned up having never informed us of the date, not even a phone call even though they claimed a call was made that morning (no call was received) meaning I had to leave work to get back - as they had bombarded my elderly vulnerable father and began removing items before I had got home to ensure the right items were being taken as we had moved various items into the specific room for storage post-fire.They say they had a list, and made me hastily sign a contents list, but I have since noticed a number of items that were removed that had not been listed, nor consented to being taken which must have been taken before I got home.They also damaged some of my property in the process.Because they turned up with no notice and took our fridge we have been left with no fridge either. Again, just a phone call the day before would have been courteous at the LEAST.This has caused great distress, and Major inconvenience. I am also worried they have taken other items without my knowledge and not recorded it since I wasn’t here to oversee the start of their removal.

So pleased I choose Doree Bonner for our move, they where the first to contact us after I made enquiries with several companies, very quick to come out and do the survey, proactively rang me to see how are sale was progressing within hassling, even fitted us for in at very short notice as we only had a week from exchange to completion.The team who moved us where great they had a hard job , where very courteous and helpful, I would highly recommend.Last but not least they where the most competitive on price !
