I would recommend that you use anyone else but H20 Northampton. Years ago the now director was a fantastic helpful fairly priced honest hard working man. He became a success, Has a few extremely good plumbers working under him now. I would always use him or recommend him. Regardless of the cost due to the trust I had in him from previous. I always Trusted what I was being told. Unfortunately lies and deceet I received from his office, over charging.. Then more lies about consumer rights. Then threat to recover the over charges through the courts..When during the current climate (to try & help) I decided to pay for parts / labour in advance.Our quote was for £210.00 in total. But may run over the hour. So I may need to pay for the extra hour. No problem. The fault was a possibile diverter valve.. There plumber arrived. Extremely professional. With No parts" expecting me to have the parts.. He checked no parts required. Playing around. He got it working. Was in the property 40 minutes.Whilst in the property he called the office stating no parts here. None required. Apparently it has just been ordered. But H20 Northampton took payment for this 5 clear days beforehand. £110.00 by card over the phone. Its on the bank statement.By ordering the part now was a waist because the plumber had checked the diverter valve and was fine. But still the office decides to order. I see an email appear. From H20 Northampton. Asking for £210.00 - £110 parts demanding £100.00 when there hourly rate is £65 + vat @20% =£78. 00H20 Northampton became aggressive when the invoice was challenged.They were informed that they were paid 5 days previously £110.00 for parts. That didn't arrive with the plumber.. So they just took the money..The office wanted to give me the part and pay them the £210.00.I said cancel the order.. Apparently they can't cancel. I said return the item.. They said they can't return. I offered myself to return to the supplier with the receipt. They refused..I said look at it. You charge £78 per hour. You have been paid £110.00. You owe me £32.00.They were not having any of it. I got in contact with the plumb centre Worsley. Asking them why they didn't except returns on parts. They did not have a clue what I was talking about. So I asked them to confirm that they will except any part from any of there branches in the whole of the UK a return with a receipt. So I got proof by email. I then forwarded to H20 Northampton. Then an hour or 2 later. The big director who threatened court action for none payment. Calling me a" charlatan " says he wants to draw a line under this issue and move on. So he has his £78.00 plus my £32.00. Total £110 they took from me a week prior to the arrival.. It gets even better..And my wife went to use the hot water 10 minutes after H20 Northampton plumbers left.. And.. The boiler doesn't work again!!!So you make your own mind up to use H20 Northampton Plastic Plumbers Ltd.Anyone but is my advice.."

AVOID them. Had new bathroom and downstairs cloakroom done. Design phase was good. Installation took longer than expected. No quality checks done at end of the job but looked good on the surface. 3 months after installation started to notice problems. Turns out neither bath or downstairs loo had been installed correctly. Leak through to kitchen and into bedroom. £900 worth of damage caused. Loo constantly blocking - very unpleasant. Customer service when handling the complaint was poor. Did not take responsibility... tried to blame installer and shared aspects of his personal life as an excuse. Very unprofessional. No goodwill payment offered for 2 months of inconvenience and stress we have been through getting all the repairs done. Feel now that we were overcharged in the first place (our fault). Do NOT use this company.

I have been using Northanpton H2O Ltd for a number of years now. Whether it was for work on a boiler or a new bathroom put in, I have never had a problem with them. Staff are always friendly, worki is carried out in a professional manner and the place is always left clean. I have recommended the company to some of my friends and they too have been happy with them.

After coming down one morning to find our boiler had stopped working we gave h2o a ring. They had an engineer out with us that afternoon who confirmed it had broken. They provided us with a quote to repair and a very competitive quote to install a new system as ours was the original boiler installed (1980's).We received great service throughout and would definitely recommend.

After supplying all our radiators in the past few weeks we needed some extra work . H2O quickly responded ,work was completed professionally and quickly. I can only recommend H2O customer service strongly enough and will use H2O for all my plumbing needs . Clennell

The lads were amazing renovating our kitchen. The kitchen itself is from Wren, but we were never going to use their installers (far too expensive).From the start, Justin was incredibly helpful. He offered up information we hadn't considered - the new induction hob would need a direct power line, and that we may not be able to move the sink.The lads were prompt from day 1 and were jolly, hard workers.Then disaster struck and our boiler started leaking... British Gas wanted £6k for a new combi!! But after chatting with Justin he offered a much more agreeable price, including a new shower unit. Pipework around the boiler was already exposed so it made sense to give h2o the work as well!Once the kitchen was complete, they were quick to send Steve back around to finish the last few bits on the snag list - but they were vey minor.I would definitely recommend them, and will be booking them for our bathroom renovation next year!

We had an unvented system installed. Overall the service was exceptional. They listened and responded to all our queries. The work itself was done to an extremely high standard. The area was left neat and free of waste materials. The team was patient and truly listened. I would definitely use them again if I had to.

Called H2O in the Morning to help sort a leak on our boiler . Two polite smart staff turned up to investigate the issue and diagnosed the problem within minutes. After contacting the office the with the issue I received a call from them informing me of the cost and to advise they will return with the part and resolve the issue if it was convenient. Two apprentices were sent over to check on an issue. No investigation was done but instead was advised that a new appliance was required after only observing the situation for less than 2 minutes. No follow up call, no work was done only time wasted. Would not recommend in the slightest. Better to go for a bigger brand name that stocks the fittings rather than having to deal with a company that charges 80$ an hour with no fittings.
