If there was an option to choose NO stars I would've selected that. I had two surly people turn up, no ID, 'clean' my oven and hob – leaving the hobs smeared, the ovens caked in white product and a pool of dirty product on the floor – in short in much worse condition than they found them. In addition to this they damaged the paintwork of my bespoke kitchen cupboard with industrial strength product which, when I wiped off a huge dollop that had dropped on it, the paint came off on the cloth. The man didn't wear a mask. They spoke very little English so impossible to communicate with them on any aspect of their service. The company promised 'minimum disturbance', 'company ID in form of logo T-shirt of ID card', 'dip tank in van'... none of which were adhered to. I paid 50% up front which I will NEVER do again and I would urge you to find another company. This business is without shame. And, as the customer, you will not be taken seriously if you have a complaint. Horrendous and traumatic. Especially during a pandemic.

I needed help to clean my home (I am getting old!)My friend recommended FastKlean as she has been using them for over 10 years, so I thought I would give them a try after being disappointed by 5 other companies.They were so professional when I called. Samantha took so much time listening to me to learn what I needed and wanted.Mima was sent to clean my home and she is a real delight. She whizzes through her tasks. My bathrooms and kitchens are spotless now. She vacuums throughout at great speed so she even has time to do some of my ironing.I cannot thank her enough but I try by giving her a little tip each time she visits.

Had professional oven cleaning done by FastKlean recently and it was one of the best services I’ve ever had. From booking to completion of the job it was a stress free experience. Firstly they quoted me a higher price. Then I paid and booked a slot 10 to 12pm for a oven clean. No one turned up, so I called only to be told the workers car had broken downI had to cancel as they was no more available slots I would be at home.The refund has still not come through, when I call they say 5 to 7 days? Bank transfers can be done as quickly as the same day.I will not be using them again. Poor service.

Absolutely superb company! Admin had me booked in in no time, and the cleaner, Niki, arrived on time and worked tirelessly to deep clean my kitchen and bathroom. He also did the windows and window frames and hoovered - all for a very reasonable price. The end result is a pristine clean. Very hard working man who is an excellent representative of this excellent company. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fastklean ( Joanne) and her team did an amazing job with steam cleaning my sofa. Alex, the technician arrived on time and set about with his work, taking pride and meticulous in what he was doing.
