F B Kitchens

There was not much positive about my experience with FB Kitchens. The installation was not completed on schedule and parts were both delivered damaged and damaged on site. Many shortcuts were taken and instructions not followed. The curved corners and kick boards did not match, as FB bought cheaper kick boards and thought “white is white”. Many items were taken away to be replaced and after three years of calls, texts and promises of delivery I had to collect the same parts that were taken from Finbarr’s house, so I’m still left with a kitchen that doesn’t match and has missing pieces. The pieces were also covered with spray paint and I was told I’d get the remaining pieces by Christmas and got nothing. Basically, once this joker is paid he scarpers and doesn’t come back. He’s very responsive up to then.

Fabulous service from both Finbar and Paul, nothing too much trouble and what a great finish.
