Shocking company only answer 1 email a day. No contact phone number so only communication is via email. Sent wrong colour fan but couldn't be bothered to request another one in the colour I wanted due to lack of help to find out where my actual item was.

I bought a feather boa that literally was falling to pieces. I asked for a refund and nearly 3 weeks later, I am still waiting! I would not recommend and would not be writing this if my refund had been paid more promptly.

Is this a legit company?? I placed an order for same day pick up. They took my money and I was meant to be getting a text when it was ready to pick up. I didn’t receive anything so messaged them at 2pm as they close at 4… no reply. Then tried to ring them. No number on website and the one number I managed to find isn’t a working number.At 3pm I checked my order status and it says “COLLECTED”. I didn’t collect anything and still they’re not answering my messages. They are closed now until Monday. This is an order I placed on behalf of the PTA for Halloween party bag favours. I feel like I’ve been scammed and will have to pay out of my own money.Just want a refund and to never deal with this company again.

Absolutely brilliant! Love that you can buy in small quantities so you get more choice. Ordered off amazon and then looked up their site. Will definitely be ordering again and recommending them. Everything I bought was good quality for what they were.

I never knew this was here. I found them online and ordered to collect. They didn't have everything I wanted, but prices were good and service was great. I ordered to collect and staff were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely use them again.
