My Mac had slowed and needed a clean, so I took it here rather than do it myself. A few hours later I picked it up. The factory settings had been restored (without my consent, there was no call to make sure I had a backup) and the latest version of iOS installed. I could have done that myself but had decided not to, knowing it would wipe out my Microsoft Office apps. It also wiped out all my keychain passwords which resulted in a huge problem as auto login failures led to server blocking. Two weeks later I still can’t access emails.I was charged £100. Cash only. No receipt.

first of all, the speed that this was done was amazing, i got home watched a movie came back and it was done (power supply change) the guy explained what he did in my computer things he suggests to make it better and how they would do so. amazing service i will definitely be coming back here again if i have other queries about my pc. overall a great guy, highly recommend (26/10/2021)

Excellent service. Took my phone in on Monday for a minor issue and they fixed it straightaway, and they wouldn't take any payment for this. They were polite, professional and friendly and I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Took iPhone 7 in for a replacement screen which I had shattered, also had an issue with the charging Port repaired. All now working great and appears to have done a very good job! From calling the shop and speaking with the guy, to dropping phone off and collecting once repaired, 90 mins, can't ask for much better than that. Nice friendly service and reasonably priced. Would recommend to Friends & Family and will use again myself!

Absolutely shocking service and when I go into complain after they nearly break my full pc the response I get is and I quote We will look at it but we are not taking responsibility for it" amazing cant wait to speak to citizens advice. IT WAS TURNING ITSELF OFF AND ON AS A FAIL SAFE BECAUSE WHO EVER WORKS ON THE PC'S says he has 25 years plus experience but yet didnt know you should use the cables provided with a new power supply not a old one to avoid short circuits and crashes find that hard to believe the experience level"

Brought expensive gaming pc to change power supply. Accepted job but didn't change power supply cables. Ended up breaking my SSD, then claimed they arent liable for damages and refused to pay and still charged me for the job.

Really helpful, knowledgeable service. Explained all repair options for 2 different laptops and made sure I understood the different things that could be done. Speedy service, less than 24 hours to repair both and demo'd how they had been reset and were working before letting me leave the store. Would definitely recommend and use again if I ever needed.
