AutoBliss Garage

I have used Autobliss for a few years now and would never go anywhere else. They are honest and trustworthy and only do what they have to do. Main dealers are atrocious at overselling their services and making things out to be far worse than they are in order to get extra money out of you. If Autobliss say it needs doing,you know it really needs to be done. Excellent all round.

They sorted out my electrcal problem on my auto gearbox .Told me the extra work on it I asked for was not needed. It is nice to use a garage that does not rip you off.

From not receiving a phone call to say MOT was completed, I called into garage and was told by Becky my car had passed its MOT. Then she told me she was mistaken and someone from garage came and explained showing me what parts were needed, with purchase prices, then gave me a horrendous quote for works. I asked for a copy and have asked several local garages for a quote, with good reviews, all of which were half the price quoted by Autobliss or less, unfortunately couldn't fit me in in time, otherwise would've used them. Spoke to Autobliss asking me f they could do it any cheaper, Becky called me and told me they could do it £60 cheaper, still alot more than any other garage, but as all other garages couldn't fit me in I agreed, was again told I would be called when car was ready. Didn't receive call so had to contact garage again. Was told car was ready, and I asked again for price, again was told it was alot higher than agreed previously. I got to garage and asked whether the advisory due to a child seat in place, which was actually a booster seat, in no way attached, had been removed, I was told all mot paperwork was in car, and they couldn't answer that. I looked online on MOT checker, and my MOT didn't show as passed, still showed as nearly expired. I told them this so they went to search, the paperwork hadn't been completed. I was then told that my car was in the cul de sac near the park area, so took keys, after paying, and couldn't find my car so started panicking. Went back to garage to be told, I got it wrong it's the other way, somewhere up the road. Not at all impressed, know I won't be going there again. £740 from Autobliss, all other garages with good reviews were quoting between £316 and £485. All alot cheaper, and probably much better service. Has previously use Autobliss a couple of years ago and was impressed, not sure what's happened since, but have really gone downhill.

Fantastic service, nothing was too much trouble and offered help and unbiased advise. I would not hesitate in using this garage again. Five stars without a doubt.

On first usage the prices seemed high but the repair was dealt with in a timely manner. 3 weeks after my initial visit another part breaks and I returned it to them to investigate. At this point I'm quoted figures that I agree to, only to be told later itll be an extra £150.Be wary and always get quotes in writing would be my advice.

Absolutely brilliant, such a better experience than another garage I have used in Weston for 10 years. I will be going back to these guys from now on. Special mention to Becky on reception, pleasure to deal with, many thanks!

Amazing garage! Went to a well known national brand for my MOT but they couldn't do the repairs for days. Autobliss managed to fit me in the following day, my car had quite a few issues and they explained everything so well to me and were so unbelievably helpful. Really went above and beyond to get me back on the road quickly. I called round most garages in Weston re the repairs but went to Autobliss as they were by far the most helpful on the phone and they've been even more so in person. The whole team were so fantastic today. So pleased to have found a local garage that really look after their customers, can't recommend enough. Thanks so much to you all!
