Where do I begin? Not only does Martin take beautiful pictures but he is also one of the kindest, most accommodating people I have had the pleasure of meeting.My husband and I were married during the pandemic, like many other couples we had cancelled and rearranged our wedding day far to many times to count and had been let down by a few companies. We contacted Martin very last minute to assist in taking some pictures of our 'wedding reception' and it was one of the best decisions we made.He helped us encapsulate our evening with such beautiful images. His love for his work shows in the pictures he takes and the way he made everyone he interacted with feel. Our guests had nothing but kind words to say about Martin and even the most camera shy people have commented on how much they love the photo album from the night.I honestly can't recommend Martin enough!

Martin was full of enthusiasm and managed to make our family of thirteen feel very relaxed. Getting us all together in one place is a feat in itself, but to then get some beautiful photos was an absolute result! Best birthday present ever. We thoroughly recommend Martin. Wow! My daughter felt so relaxed and comfortable being photographed the result was some amazing shots! She never felt pressured by time or to do certain shots, it was all done at her pace with lots of breaks and chats in between. Really recommended!

Martin was so much fun and incredibly interesting that he had my 5 year old son (and myself!) totally engaged for the 3 hours or so that we had the pleasure of his company and expertise! As someone who loathes having his photograph taken, I'd shared this concern with Martin. He gave me reassurance that he understood my concern and that he'd do his best for me. But still I had trepidation?Martin set up ALL the equipment with master strokes. He knew exactly what I needed within a 2 hour photoshoot. Within 12 hours he had sent me some gorgeous shots for the Swiss Akademie i work for.My best friend is a famous TV actor, who has had his photo taken by the inimitable Rankin and have just showed the photos to this friend and his reply was; WOW! These are great shots. Praise indeed from someone so used to cameras.Martin you are exceptional and that's big praise from someone like me who avoids the camera and mirrors at every opportunity.

Martin is an excellent photographer & I had a very enjoyable experience when he came to my house to do some portraits. He put me completely at ease and some fantastic images were achieved. I would definitely recommend him.
