Fab local vet for my Westie Sadie. We've seen a number of staff who have been knowledgeable, friendly and kind to the dog.

The Veterinary Clinic in Rathfriland has always been amazing, to me and my German Shepherds, very friendly staff, and affordable medical services.I would easily recommend their services to family and friends.

Very disappointed with the care I’ve received from vets here, I’ve went through 3 cases, the first being they left my unresponsive kitten to wait in the waiting room for 20 minutes while she was suffocating, the second being my cat who they misdiagnosed to having a air gun bullet in her neck which turns out was a lump and thankfully wasn’t cancerous, and in the last few weeks took an X-ray of my Alsatian after she got hit by a car had her in their custody for a few hours and never noticed her tail was injured and it took me 2 weeks to finally notice the bottom part had been ran over and the blood flow cut now she has to lose her tail. Hope they do better in the future, and check animals over properly before sending them home.

Rang at 5pm and even though full up they made an exception and was seen 20 mins later. Our cat had a chest infection so needed antibiotic injection which thankfully helped her recover.
