These guys are reliable and check first before doing any work on the vehicle. Always very friendly and don't try and take your money or do jobs for the sake of it like I've had before. Also a rare occurrence I didn't feel talked down to because I was female or the assumption I wouldn't know about cars something a lot of garages could learn from. To sum up reliable, good value for money and excellent customer service. Would recommend. I use them every time even though it's an hour's walk from there to my work. It's worth it!

Wonted a second apinun about an MOT so brought my car to this garage. Needles to say Parkside got the job. The garage mechanic and receptionist kept me in the loop throughout the time my car was in there care.The price charged was spot on and all the staff are very friendly o and and apart of the good garage scheme and best of all family run.

My garage let me down on the day of my MOT appointment, and these guys saved the day! They managed to fit me in last minute. Being in the countryside and my husbands car failed just before we went on holiday, we were very much stuck at home. Thank you for such a speedy turnaround. Will definitely be back.

Very helpful and understanding garage. We had an AA breakdown that turned out was too expensive for the value of the car to be repaired, they advised us well and helped us when we organised the scrap guy to take the car. Friendly, helpful and professional service. Will be taking my second car there for mot when due.

After being messed around by a main dealer, I stumbled across Parkside Garage in a bit of a panic and I'm so glad I did! The service I received was excellent. They even managed to save me money from the original quote - which was a lovely surprise! Everyone I met was friendly and professional and I'll definitely be using them again.

Out of necessity we have used this garage for MOT and repairs over the years. Every time been charged a high price for diagnosing a problem we’ve told them about followed by vague estimate of cost to repair which has always ended up being at least one and a half times the price. On one occasion less than a year following a repair the same problem arose, once again charged £60 odd for diagnosing followed by a final charge of around 70% more than told it would be.Maybe they just don’t like us so I definitely won’t be going back but what do they care as they have so much passing trade.Just had the repair done for less than half the price Parkside estimated so quite possibly has been done for a third of the price and no high charge for diagnosis.
