Love Bubble CiTea’s drinks — no complaints from me!

I was genuinely surprised at how good the milk tea was, the tapioca pearls were a nice consistency and the taste was good. The tea itself also tasted excellent. I was a bit disappointed to see that there was no matcha or taro tea, plus brown sugar pearls. But all in all, I would definitely go back. I would probably rate it more a 4.5 out of 5 if I had the option to.

Visited this place on several occasions. But, they’ve disappointed me every single time. Really bad service. Very rude and dismissive staff. Not the best place for a bubble tea. They don’t cater to your requests.Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Really nice place the drinks are really good but it does take a long time to get through the que on a busy day.

Ok so I had a little thought and deleted my previous review. The place is 3/5 ⭐️ because of inconsistency in service.The bubble tea itself is okay - nothing special for the fruity teas, but it's nice. However there's clearly problem with staff. There are some girls that are super competent there, and there are some that treat this more like a burden then a job. And that's why it's hard to give this place an honest review. Because one day I am super satisfied, another not so much. I think the most common issue is missing the toppings (so like when they are out of stock etc.) Or when I order let's say two toppings with my tea and receive only one. I don't always notice it when we take the tea because of the rush, but it's been happening couple of times already.One thing that's really great is their customer service online, when the app was down and I couldn't collect points they were able to add it online based on the receipts.

Unbelievable service, came with my daughter at 16.40, the place closing 17.00 and they refused to make a bubble tea for my daughter, stating “they’re closing “, but you’re closing at 17.00!!

Lovely tea but the servers leave a lot to be desired. As a new person to the tea I decided to try yesterday and was there quite late in the day. Thankfully there was no queue so it would have been nice if the servers spent an extra 1 minute to help with selection. Will probably stick to an alternative store.

The fruit teas with bobas are yummy and the prices are adequate but the dirty milk/black sugar milk teas are not good. Hot Coconut milk tea with tapioca tastes good.
