I'm really pleased with the service.My car gave Carlos couple of issues to battle with, but his determination in putting everything right is worth highlighting!He is a nice and honest person, I would safely recommend him to anyone.

Sorted same day. Programmed a replacement Renault key card. Very quick and efficient. Very happy with the service provided. Highly recommend.

Lost my keys over the weekend , had to miss out on work today , but even on this bank holiday , Carlos, came to my house in 2 hours and did me a deal in 2 new keys and sorted same day !! Highly reccomend

Got a few quotes. This was the cheapest. The most responsive, able to get to us the quickest. Great customer service and communication. Exemplary service. AA key assist quoted us £200 more and a 2 week wait. Not much use when you are a 2 hour drive from home. Would highly recommend Top Motor Keys.

Absolutely fantastic service! Carlos truly went above and beyond for my new spare key replacement! He arrived at my work location on the morning as arranged and right on time. He showed me his personal ID straight away and the company ID details (As a female on my own this really helped put me at ease right away) He talked me through the whole process so I knew what he needed to do, explained why, talked me through what to expect and timings (as I’ve never had a key replaced before and I was a little nervous about the process, as well as handing someone I had never met the only key to my car! ) He also showed me examples of his work from the day before, with pictures and reviews. He also kept me updated by Whatsapp which was ideal for me as I was at work. Offered me a variety of different colour options to choose from my new spare key. My car ended up having a really rare version of software (software was one in 100,000) which caused Carlos a delay in being able to create the spare. Instead of just leaving and aborting the job after hours of trying to find the solution (which he very easily could have done!) he called in some back up to come and help. They spent the entire day getting it sorted for me, this meant that he had to cancel other jobs for the day, but he didn’t want to leave the job not finished!Once it was ready, We tested everything a few times over, Carlos’s made sure I was completely happy with everything working and I have been using the spare key with no problems everyday since (as it looks better than my current original key!)Very highly recommend, Thank you Carlos!
