I would say most (not all) of the staff are very rude. Exchanges have been met with laughs, as if my requests are ridiculous. There is absolutely no customer service whatsoever, they do the bare minimum to meet standards (deliver a prescription) and even that’s hit and miss sometimes. I will be changing my prescription location pick up.

I would like to give it zero stars! The staff are completely incompetent and refuse to give prescriptions if the don't want to! The actual store manager is the worst of them all! Avoid at all costs!

Very expensive , do not attempt to buy wound dressings here .Not well stocked the day I called in .Considering it is the nearest pharmacy for miles and a captive market for many customers the management should get their act together . Staff behind the pharmacy section have always been good.

They fulfil my prescriptions which are magicked from the surgery to Boots. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. They are back to normal now after Covid restrictions. Please be patient if there's a queue as it is a tiny village branch with the appropriate number of staff. It's wheelchair accessible from the street.
