I recently purchased a sterling silver st Christopher pendant from the shop in Macclesfield..the young lady that served me was extremely helpful and informative.she even took the time and effort to beautifully gift wrap it for me.The best jewellery shop in Macclesfield.I didn't manage to get the young ladies name,,but a very worthy 5 star review.well done.

I'm honestly so shocked at my experience. I called in the morning discussing potentially selling a 14k white gold ring with a 4ct tanzanite Centre stone and a halo of 50 diamonds. I drove from crewe for the valuation to be told that because my ring isn't 'hallmarked' and this would be 'a lot of work' they would offer only £80 this ring total. This ring has been independently valued at over £4000. I have never been so insulted at the lack of professionalism and lack of understanding of semi precious stones. £80? You would make more just buy selling the gold yourself. I am right to make the assumption. That because I am a young girl selling this that you thought I was an idiot and I would fall for your stupid offers. Maybe do your research regarding semi precious stones, the value of solid white gold and diamonds before making such an uneducated offer of £80. You would sell this ring for well over 4k. But you will insult the owner by offering a measley £80.

We went into DJ Massey earlier this year to enquire about getting an engagement ring made up. D J Massey was fantastic and so knowledgable. They have created the most beautiful ring and we were so impressed we also bought our wedding bands from them. Great service with an eye for detail. Thank you very much! Just had my 18ct white gold engagement ring and wedding ring rhodium plated and cleaned and they’ve come out amazing. They look brand new like the day I got married, they shine and sparkle beautifully. I would highly recommend them!I have also discussed having an eternity band made to compliment my engagement ring and wedding band so the diamonds all lined up and matched and they were so helpful in discussing the design and are getting a price to get this done. Staff are lovely to deal with. Very pleased with their service!

Fantastic Service! We had my wife's rings cleaned & Rhodium plate. They now are sparkling and once again look like New as they did 34 years ago. Professional service by both ladies and exceeded my expectations with a fast 2 hour turnaround. A big thank you!!!

Visited for ear piercing with Daughter. The lady who did it was lovely, really welcoming and informative about the process and it was a brilliant experience! Would highly recommend!!!Returned 5 minutes later to leave my ring for rhodium plating, was done within the hour - - excellent service!
