We bought a flat with B Simmons, for which the complete documentation was not available. It took longer time than expected to get the things sorted out. During the whole journey, our only solace was Sarah. She was always prompt in getting responses for all our queries and help us in every possible way.I would recommend B Simmons & Son for their professionalism, ability to help and transparency in their updates.

The whole process from start to finish was so super easy! Sarah Campbell ( Manager) and Aneta Matuszewska, were so helpful and managed to get my offer accepted really quickly so I didn’t have to worry about anything. We have been trying to sell our flat since April 2023 with another agent but no luck. Then we managed to part exchange our flat with a very well know developer who backed out to our disappointment.
