Miller Clear Architects

Miller Clear are excellent! Simon carefully listened to our brief that we wanted to modernise and future-proof a ‘tired’ rental house above Grasmere and turn it into a family home. He developed a sensitive plan that brought light and space into the house without losing the feel of a C19th building. We were granted planning permission with no problem as the plans were in keeping with the requirements of a building within the National Park. Simon helped us appoint a builder and very few changes were needed whilst refurbishing the building because the plans were thorough. We now have a family home which is light, spacious and in keeping with the environment. Miller Clear are an excellent team who listen, produce sound and timely plans at a reasonable cost.
