Absolutely awful, paid £109.99 for a bed-frame and not a single email about it since I ordered on the 9th of September. I've tried contacting for either the bed-frame being delivered nor a refund. Don't waste your money here.

We were served by Steve at the Cross Hands Shop. He had an excellent knowledge of the products we required and we purchased 2 single and a double bed from the store on his recommendation. He was extremely helpful and a great representative for the company. The beds were duly delivered on the due date. The two delivery men were again extremely helpful. They unpacked the beds and cleared away all the packaging before leaving. The products proved to be of high quality and we are very satisfied with them. We would highly recommend DS Furniture at Cross Hands.

DONT BUY HEREIf i could give a 0 i would.Purchased a print here, which cost a few £100 and when putting it up the d ring that holds the cord to the picture came off. Luckily this happened when we were manoeuvring it so it dropped onto the settee top.Took it back to the shop for a refund, which they refused to give.The salesman said that they had sold 1000s of these prints and not one had been returned with this fault. He went on to imply that we had purposely opened the d ring...I contacted Carmarthenshire County Council and was put through to Consumer Advice, who said that i should get a full refund through right to reject as stated in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. But still the salesman/manager refused.He offered to replace the hook only, which was not good enough as it was brand new and had not even been hanging on the wall. After a further few exchange of words he did offer to take the print back but only received 80% of buying price.I have made further enquiries with other organisations and all advised that a full refund should have been given.I telephoned the store to find out the salesman/managers name, and the female who answered the phone refused to give it, saying that they were not allowed to give out the managers name.Never buy here or Happy Homes as they are the same company.Have written a letter of complaint to the owners and a copy to Trading Standards.

We cannot thank the staff of DS Furniture enough for their outstanding customer care in providing solutions to our tricky furniture issue and really making sure that our needs were met. The wonderful Steve and Amy were at the heart of doing everything possible to ensure we had fab sofas that were suitable for us and ensuring we had them delivered on time to meet our personal sensitive timeline. Not forgetting Gavin & Billy, the most awesome delivery drivers who are space manipulating magicians & Keith in store. Great furniture, fantastic customer service. We’d give them 55 Stars if we could!

Don't buy anything from this company. They will not give you your deposit back if you need to cancel. Don't go near them. They are a load of crooks

Still trying to get money back, the table I ordered was out of stock. I opted for refund still nothing, not even the decency to email back. I am informing my bank today and that goods not received and they will sort it. I replied to ds furniture's response and was informed it was another company in Scotland, the fraud department at the bank are sorting this out for me, so for now I'm leaving it in there hands.

Fantastic place, the staff don't 'pounce' on you as soon as you go in. Aimee was great, very helpful.

Have just come off the phone having been told that the matching tv stand I ordered months ago at the same time I bought a sideboard coffee table and nest of tables is not available . When I pointed out I had bought the others to match I was told ‘ well we didn’t enter into a contract with you we didn’t take any money ‘ Amazing customer care and service NOT !! Basically we’ve had your money so tough ! Don’t touch with a barge pole !
