An outstanding personal service by lisa and her team. Nothing was to much trouble with the staff going over and beyond to secure the perfect honeymoon destination. Holiday, taxi transfers and VIP at the airport was all co orinated by Lisa. The customer service excelled anything I have received before. I certainly will not shop anywhere else for my future bookings, and highly recommend The Holiday Lounge.

Unusually helpful and very knowledgeable staff. If we need to book a holiday, this is our first port of call and, due to their efficiency, usually the only port of call.We were unfortunate to be caught up in having a holiday for four to India cancelled as a result of the pandemic. I can only thank Holiday Lounge and its staff who worked tirelessly to secure a full refund and keep us informed throughout. A full refund was secured in a surprisingly short time. I know where I will be heading when the time comes to book again. Many thanks to you all.
