Rich Rees Dog Training

Rich was very personable and Moose liked him straight away. He worked with Moose and explained every stage of the training he was doing, making sure we understood each process. We took over and he guided us through, giving us pointers on how to do it.We could see an instant improvement. He's given us things to work on and said to contact him if there's any questions we have. Going to contact him in a few weeks with progress report.A few weeks down the line (Nov) and after we had a few small setbacks Moose (and us!) are back on track.We've had a 2 day course for Moose to tighten up a couple of things and Rich has explained in detail how to keep the consistency of the training going. Great handover and advice on way forward.Moose is now far less reactive on walks and is now much more calmer and content at home.From the very first meeting to this last one, Rich has worked wonders with Moose. We are so grateful to him and it's a pleasure taking Moose on walks!Thanks again Rich we are truly grateful for all your help and advice.Highly recommend Rich, excellent trainer and truly cares about dog's welfare.

Rich has been simply amazing with our 2 dogs, both have different requirements but have responded really well. Rich is the 3rd trainer I have tried and we have just clicked and the dogs and I are really benefiting, would 100% recommend!

Rich agreed to take our border collie puppy at the very last minute as our regular dog walker was unable to manage his behaviour when we were due to go on holiday.From the very first txt, Rich was positive, supportive and willing to help. He provided a bespoke boarding/training solution for 8 days, helping to teach our dog how to walk properly as well as consolidating and honing his basic training.We expected some improvement when we arrived to collect him, but the difference is unbelievable! He now walks with confidence, is more focused and is able to maintain attention on commands for longer than ever before.Rich and his partner were both encouraging without patronising and skilled at recognising exactly what needed to be done as well as offering many helpful tips and tricks that we can use going forward. We also appreciated the daily updates we received, allowing us to enjoy a holiday without worrying about our puppy.If you are looking for a trainer or boarding/training solution, Rich is the person to choose - we cannot rate him highly enough! Had Rich for the first time today for our German shepherd pup willow. The difference straight away was amazing!!

Our 7 month old French Bulldog has now had 3 sessions with Rich and the change is unbelievable! He has taught us the skills needed for Pablo to have a calm, healthy life. We still have some work to do but Riche’s calm, patient demeanour really makes it less stressful for us. He has a true passion for dogs and Pablo absolutely loves him…and his bag full of sausages! If you are having trouble with your pup I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Rich!

Only had one session but can see improvements in my golden retriever already.Rich was really knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend if you need help with you dog!

After just one session with Rich, the main issue I have with my rescue dog, Trev, who is massively anxious of various things, has improved beyond belief. I would not hesitate to recommend Rich to anyone.

Rich helped us out with our dog Lilo… Lilo wouldn’t stop barking at the door or the window when anyone would come near the house. Now he is calm and goes to his bed while we deal with delivery people. Cheers Rich!

This dude knows dogs!Rich helped us with our Boston Terrier, and helped turn him from a noisy little yapper with barely any recall, into a proper distinguished little gentleman.No more freak outs when the doorbell goes and I can get him to return with a one word command! We highly recommend Rich, the difference in our six-month old cocker spaniel ‘Louis’ has been amazing! Rich is prompt, highly professional and full of knowledge; he’s taught us a number of skills and key commands that have helped us teach little Louis.
