I have signed up for the six weeks challenge. In the third week I’ve already started noticing a change in my body composition. They make a plan for you and you are assigned a coach who keeps checking on you and guide you through the program. This program is well tailored to each of the individual’s goals including the nutrition. The coaches are professional and knowledgeable.I’d definitely recommend this gym.

An amazing gym. The coaches are brilliant, and made me feel so welcome from my first session. All the members are friendly and chatty which gives Steel a unique, confidence building atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone whatever you gym goals are!

My experience at Steel has been extremely positive. I've been there for the 6 week and for the 28 day challenge and during those challenges the coaches really help you lose weight and build muscle without the need of following any strict diets.Additionally, another main reason why Steel is amazing at what they do is because they have made feel better mentally. I'm more relaxed and have less stress overall and I'm always very positive after their sessions.I would definitely recommend to anyone to try Steel as you will find a lot of value and you will 100% enjoy training there, especially if you have lost your motivation to train.

A great gym regardless of whether you’ve never stepped foot in a gym before or are experienced in weight training. The atmosphere and members are great and the coaches are just fantastic. They motivate you, keep you on track, celebrate your victories with you and are passionate about getting the best out of you. You’ll see such a difference in a very short time but it’s all realistic and achievable. I wouldn’t want to train anywhere else and I’ve got great results with my coach, Tom Stephenson, whilst enjoying every minute of the journey. Ive never known a gym to take such great care of its members like Steel does. It’s my happy place for sure. Keep up the great work guys!

Personal trainers seemed to have popped up all over the past few years. It's a bit ironic because they are becoming less and less personal. Everything is online now is understandable it's the way things are moving but this doesn't suit everyone. For people like myself I struggle with motivation and a busy family life at the moment. I used to train constantly but the past few years I've really struggled. I've spent 1000s between online courses and joining gyms and not going just loosing interest.I signed up for steels 6 week course and it's honestly the best thing I've done. It's the first time in all my years of training I've stuck to a diet and watched what I ate. I've got someone in regular contact making sure I keep up with classes and nutrition. The accountability aspect is a real motivator to dig in and go that extra mile.I've seen results in a short time and now more eager to push myself that little further. I also love the idea of socials getting everyone together outside the gym setting it feels more personal than anything I've done before.I'm really looking forward to keeping this year going the way it's started with such a great team to guide the way and getting involved in the running clubs is just what I've been looking for. Definitely worth the money in comparison to other things I've wasted money on with no results.

I love this gym! I started in November 2021 and was made to feel very welcome by the coaches and all other members. It is not your usual gym that can get very boring at times. The coaches help to build the programme that suits your needs and goals and will constantly check in with you to ensure it is working for you. The help with nutrition is excellent too. When I first started I wanted to lose weight to feel better about myself. Within 2 months I had reached my goal and the coaches moved me over to a build programme that I am really enjoying. Gym social events too is just an added bonus! Excellent gym that I highly recommend!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed the first few months of joining Steel Habitat. Lots of variety in classes and lots of encouragement. Also nice to be at a gym where everyone is there to work rather than catch up on socials!6.15am classes really set you up for the day.Highly recommended.

From starting at Steel Habitat as somone who saw the gym as a chore, to becoming someone who now hates to miss a day! has made a massive change in my life. The team are helpful and understanding to all. From absolute beginners to those who are fairly confident and fit. Always perfecting techniques and offering tips to advance.Without a doubt its the best gym I've ever joined and at 46, I'm now stronger than I've ever been.Thank you Team Steel!

I really like the structured and focused session schedule of the exercises, so you know what to expect and learn to manage yourself in order to reach results and thanks to the coaches you're always on track and they make sure everything is going well, is a very good boost of confidence and fundamental to keep you consistent along your training journey. Totally love the community aspect of the gym where you have possibility to be involved in a lot of different initiatives as well and the whole positive environment.
