Because I have limited experience with renting, the staff has been extremely attentive, providing me with detailed explanations for everything I didn't understand, even the seemingly silly questions. Additionally, their efficiency is remarkable. Unlike those frustrating companies that take a month to reply to an email (which I'd compare to turtles), their efficiency is more like a jet plane.

Agent is extremely efficient. He walked me through each step of the procedure of the tenancy in great detail. As I have just settling in the UK, I am unfamiliar with the nitty-gritty so I kept asking questions on whatsapp, the agent solved my doubt promptly every time. He is a star in my smooth settlement!
