Very nice park. Well worth a visit. Excellent food in cafe. Very interesting museum in the main house which is surrounded by beautiful parkland. There's even a micro brewery!

Great looking old hall in a fantastic elevated position overlooking Doncaster and the surrounding area. Plenty of parking but be mindful that the meters are card only . Good footpaths and a great tea room .

Nice place to visit with kids, the house is free to walk around which is always good and was very interesting, loads of parking spaces and only costs around 3 pounds for free hours parking which isn't bad. At the bottom of the house There is a nice long lake that you can walk around which is really nice. The kids love seeing all the fish in there. Plenty of room all around the house to have a picnic and also a nice coffee place Definitely ago again but I would avoid the ice cream van. He charges extortionate routes. 40p for sprinkles says it all.

A beautifully located Hall, gardens , cafe , pizza oven and craft beer stall . Rolling hills looking towards Doncaster , with easy to navigate trails and walk ways .Picnic benches and sitting benches to enjoy the peace and tranquility , and two places to eat The Olde Brew House & Butlers .There’s some large ponds with wild fowl on , bull rushes and other aquatic and bird life .Parking reasonably priced , with good walking paths and routes .Did not use WC’s , so cannot comment on them.Great day out and centrally located just off the A1.

Beautiful surroundings and fascinating history. Love the brew House and how they have kept as much of the original house as possible. The homemade pizzas were beautiful. Staff very friendly and the area is kid and dog friendly too.

Enjoyed a beautiful walk here with our dog. The park has a car park, toilets and an excellent cafe. There are ideal places for picnics and grassy areas for ball games with the children.

It's definitely a great day out for the whole family. There is a great play park with lots to play on. The manor house is stunning and you can visit inside. There is plenty of field space for you to have a picnic on, and there is a very nice little cafe off to the side in the courtyard. The woods are great for walking as well.

Brilliant find short way off A1 to break journey Herts to N Yorks. Value from a couple of hours paid parking...Good dog walk around the lake and used the cafe...all v efficient and tasty. Fair value as well. Museum currently only open Fri and Sat I think...possibly investigate on return journey.
