Always find the staff ride and disinterested in their jobs, very slow and unhelpful, only go in if I really need to post something as it's just around the corner from me. The shop is fine... the staff are awful.

The staff are all very friendly and professional. Emma especially is top drawer at her job and was extremely helpful when my elderly mother lost her card.

Great local friendly service in a very convenient location. Only criticism is they don't appear on the find a post office near me official website. Don't know why seeing as the Victoria rd one is now closed.

Emma and all her staff are so kind,considerate,helpful and patient nothing is to much trouble, you can have a laugh and joke while you are doing your transactions and they care for all their senior clients, they are all a credit to the post office,I never go anywhere else.

Staff are extremely helpful. Emma who I believe is the manager is exceptional, she was unbelievable when I had an issue over my mums lost pension card.

Came in 10 minutes before they closed. Was told I wouldn't be able to get my passport checked and sent as it takes 15 minutes... only 5 minutes more than the closure , wortime Disgracefulkn the accoubt they had to leave to go somewhere. I'm sure 5 minutes doesn't delay very much. Worst post office customer service I have ever came across. Will not be coming back to this place. Avoid it. Absolutely no drive to strive for excellence in service.
