Thought I’d try this salon given the prices were slightly more competitive but unfortunately won’t be returning.My service started with a lady who gently filed off my previous colour but the male colleague who took over was unfocused, rushing and didn’t pay any attention to whether the filing or design was even.Within five minutes, a card was pushed in front of my face asking me to leave a Google review (presumably positive), so here it is.I showed them a photo of what I wanted, to which they glanced and responded “okay white tips”. It took the whole of a rushed 30 minutes and I am left with air bubbles, fibres, and uneven nails with rough edges which I couldn’t wait to get home and file myself. Will be sticking to DNV nails from now on.

Good overall look and nail art but left the edges of my nails laced with set acrylic and nail polish, plus have a few cuts due to the drill. I loved the nail art though very talented.

Absolutely terrible …. My daughters look ok, but mine are awful - the guy who did most of the work was yanking and twisting my fingers despite telling him i have a pain condition - fibromyalgia. He was huffing a puffing when I told him they needed to be relatively short … I have kids with special needs and can’t have long nails in fear id scratch them. £33 wasted. Oh and they expect bank transfer only !

I would not go anywhere else for my nails lashes and brows always leave with exactly what I asked for zxx

I used to go elsewhere to have my nails done but I figured that as I was already in town, I'd try this place. I went in and had a little wait whilst a technician became free (it was lunch time for college students) which gave me time to decide what design I wanted on my nails. I had one of the gentlemen as my tech. His attention to detail in the design was brilliant, he took the time to get them just right. The infill was also great, no lifting, no sharp edges and no rough patches. The music on the TV was pleasant too. I thought the first time was a fluke, but I've been back a few times now and each time I've walked out happy. The prices are the same as my previous nail salon, but the art work is so much better. I've recently taken my niece there for her prom nails doing too and she loves them. Highly recommended
