I can't fault the service, I've received an appointment the same day every time I've gone to the clinic. I can't remember the name of the doctor who I had my appointment with, but she was incredibly reassuring and put me at ease as I was very nervous.

Is this line never available. I can’t get through the an agent. I’ve rang on different days and different various times and I just keep getting the same thing “no agents are available to take your call” no option for a call back or anything. This is a joke. What are the other options?

Fantastic service . Was referred for my implant removal with the ultrasound . Dr and health care assistant were friendly Calming and re assuring while remaining professional, but instantly putting my anxiety at ease .The procedure was quick and the Dr explained every step and exactly what she was doing .I would highly reccomend Dr farrah chowder and her health care assistant and defo would go back ,Thankyou so much

I had a brilliant experience today when I had my implant removed and replaced with Dr Singh. She was amazing throughout the process and it didn't hurt anywhere near as much as it did last time!

9 in the morning and still waiting after half an hour to someone to answer the phone, this just sounds like some lazy desk here is crazy how bad is the service in something related with this subject

Told me I had Chlamydia which i didnt think was right, took 3 separate tests to the clinic all negative, clearly the clinic had contaminated my results. Rude staff not compassionate at all and treat you like muck. Also to top it off impossible to get appointments .

Good luck trying to get an appointment. Been calling for around 5 weeks now. Me and my partner want to start prep but because we are a couple they won’t do a double appointment. Apparently I have to call in the mornings for a triage appointment for both of us. But no agents ever available! It’s a joke.

Spent 2 hours in que from 830pm, gets cut off, and now office is closed at 1030am on a week day.Poor service, I work 9-5 and its already difficult to phone them during work.

It takes quite a while to get through on the phone, you have to ring from 8:30, but stick through it and prepare that your appointment will be made for within 48 hours of your phone call.The clinic is clean and discreet, and insanely helpful, at least they were to me. Harriet was very down to earth, knowledgeable and non-judgemental.The bad reviews- you have to realize these clinics are overflowed and underfunded, it's an unfortunate thing, but if you need to be seen, don't hesitate booking in with them.
