Utterly useless... second time this has happend... Painful shop no wonder it's dead...I wanted to drop off some Yodel parcels and the person at the counter in the otherwise empty shop ignored me. For a good minute...then looked at me mumbled something incomprehensible and then turned away and continued faffing about with the booze behind the counter.I waited a further 2 minutes just waiting to be served and then walked out...As I walked out miraculously I was of interest... Well sorry I was if interest during the entire time I was waiting not just the end.

Stock Expired food and drink and never answer the phone

My collection + parcel had gone missing from the store, the staff were less than helpful when they realised it may of been stolen from their store and wouldn't do anything to help me.
