Was recommended by the job centre/UC/Work coach to apply for a warehouse job at OCADO and would get a guaranteed interview" if it was through go-train. This included 2 weeks of completing online assessments for a level 1 certificate in IT because OCADO apparently wanted people who were "dedicated" and knew how to operate "IT Equipment" because the warehouse is very "high tech". This is a lie just so that you complete the course

I attended a level 2 customer service course in August. This course was advertised on facebook for people who were on UC and interested in the position for EO - work coach. The advertisement clearly stated upon completion of the course there is a GUARANTEED interview (i have a screenshot of this). This immediately attracted me to apply and of course many others too. The 2 week course specified the outline of what we will be learning, course contents and lots of help with the application, cv writing and interview tips.However, i couldnt have been more disheartened and very upset with this useless course. It was an independent course (which wasnt stated on the initial advertisement), meaning we didnt get much guidance or support with the course, i was signed up to NCS careers where i was promised by them they would support me with CV and interview techniques. NCS did 2 video calls explaining about civil service behaviours (something which you can already find on their website) , they promised additional support from the careers advisor Chanel (who promised to come into centre to have a chat with us all but never heard from her at all) , they used my details to send me pointless marketing. I sent my CV to my tutor Kiara who didnt respond to my email, i understand everyone is busy however i am studying at your centre so i wouldve appreciated some feedback on my CV and ways to improve.Absolutely gutted with the overall experience. What was promised was definitely not delivered. The main thing was i was promised an interview which i didnt get. I felt like i wasted 2 whole weeks on a course for a job i didnt get an interview for.Not to mention one of the other tutors who was extremely RUDE to me as i didnt have a pen. A simple smile doesnt hurt anyone. I wouldnt recommend this centre to train at, there are plenty of online courses available.

Waste of time!! I completed both level 1 and level 2 English last year. I've never been told if I passed or received my certificates. I'm fed up of trying to contact the tutor I had and the office. Every time I email or call, nobody gets back to me. Never again will I use this company. Would advise to stay Well clear!

Awful. I completed a self employment course around 2 years ago now, completed all the content and then didn’t hear anything from the tutor ever again. Complete waste of time and effort and never received a certificate or found out if i passed or not.Ive also been in touch several times about courses and have heard nothing.Sent me an email last year about a job opportunity so I attended the ‘interview’. Turns out they had barely any info on what the job entailed and wanted me to do a confidence building course? I declined, since I was literally just interested in the job they had available. Can’t believe the job centre ever recommended this weird false company to me.

Was wonderful, those people that worked there is so very professional and very helpful, I am so happy going there for help !

Stay away from these lot you won't get a certificate. You'll be lucky to get a reply back on time. Shame on you muppets

Couldn't fined the place all offices look the same. So failed to do my exam today. Tried calling many times with no answer. So that's a waste off money and time.

Went on training here A YEAR AGO!! Still nothing back from them, completed I.T … Customer service… health and safety… food hygiene… not one single certificate back for any of the courses completed.No organisation whatsoever with staff and management! I have learning disabilities and was left without tools I needed EVEN AFTER BEING INFORMED IN ADVANCE!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! JUST WANT YOU SIGNED UP WITH THEM FOR THE MONEY.Waste of time and effort, much better places for this kind of training.

Applied for maths level 2 fs course over a week ago, sent numerous emails and no response to whe I can start the course to do my nurse training ! Not happy as states on website can start in as little as 48hours.

I was encouraged by the council for the work coach in Job centre. I did and passed the assessments that evaluated with go-train. I had two weeks to finish each level, received reminder almost everyday. At the end, I completed all the assignments.. It has been two months, my assignments are not still reviewed, spite of the tutor's assuring reply. No news about the step for the role, no update., no answer to the calls. Lacking serious work ethic and honesty. Be aware folks. There are many other online training teaching, way more serious than go train. Never again.
