I telephoned DRM to ask what time the bus would arrive and explained the situation. To my complete amazement they laid a small bus on just for her so she could catch the train . Absolutely fantastic, Louis was very helpful, speedy replies and brilliant communication before and during our hire. Couldn’t recommend them enough for private hire with options from mini bus to bigger buses and for great value as well. Will definitely be using them again!</div>

<div class="tm-category-review__desc">All drivers are lovely, but the bus times are appalling. 7:30 bus is cancelled but still shows online. The 8am bus takes 30 minutes to do a 4 mile journey withington to hereford. I've contacted DRM multiple times with no responses and sometimes the bus just doesn't even show, that, and they are every 2.5 hours.</div>
