Always helpful where possible, especially when the Doctors mess things up! Always friendly and pleasant. Best to go away from local school start and end times, it's quieter.☺️

Worst chemist in Salford. Pharmacist is very rude and the staff are not much better.... Bring back the old staff. I now drive to other chemist instead of using this one even though it is in walking distance... Very poor...

Very positive experience with this chemist, staff always very helpful and friendly and although there is usually a wait time it is never too long.

Queuing constantly and never have enough stock in for my prescription. So having to make multiple visits. Never answer the phone

Rude staff who do not go the extra mile. Also don't give you coupons you have earned and screw them up in front of you. Will not be returning

Absolutely terrible chemist cant keep any staff poor service on repeats they did not even order my last ones so gone a day without meds will never use again

Tried to ring three times today twice got cut off and third time cut myself off as very frustrated

They dont deserve 1 star but you can't chose no stars. . my 82 year old partially sighted mum has to use this pharmacy to pick up prescriptions. There is always an issue. Either there is no prescription or prescription is incorrect. Now this is not the fault of the pharmacy staff but they are so rude and unhelpful with my mum that she is nervous to go in and pick up her prescriptions. It took her 3 trips to get the prescription right recently, one of the hottest days of the year... The problem could have been dealt with over the phone between the pharmacy and the surgery but she wasn't offered an option. She was rold to go back to the surgery to sort it out. To add to this a rude male member of staff made a comment as my mum walked out to trudge back to the surgery and all the staff broke out into laughter. Hardly funny if her medication was wrong and some thing was to happen to her health because of this... disgusting behaviour they should be ashamed of themselves.

This pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Over the last few months it has been chaos whenever you go in.2 weeks ago my husband went in for me to pick up my prescriptions, they couldn’t find them. I went the following Monday and they were shut due to “computer failure.”I went to my Drs and it took several hours to get my medication because Well had claimed for it without it having been collected!Today I went to try and sort this out and the door was locked, no sign, doorbell disconnected and I could see 2 members of staff in the back.3 people waiting outside, ignoring calls and knocks at the door.Eventually a member of staff causally walked past and just said “on lunch” and walked off.Where the hell was the sign?I want your head office details to make a complaint. Not only do you ignore your own opening hours, you fraudulently claim for medication that has not been given out and you are causing unnecessary stress to a heavily pregnant woman who desperately needs her diabetes medication!
