Shame there isn’t zero stars, had a simple instruction to cut 4x2 into 4x1, appears it was far too complicated and decided to cut into 2x2. I paid £40 for this cutting and still waiting for this refund 3 days later.They have refunded the wood, but cutting it the way they did means I don’t have enough coverage to complete the job so sourced elsewhere, and doubled the amount of work for my guy on site to have to cut.Shocking service, arrogant poor attitude, avoid at all costs.

Ordered smooth larch timber decking yesterday, arrived this morning. Mix of grade A B. A couple of pieces have knots which are quite large and may fall out but in looks like these can be avoided by carefully selecting cutting and setting out timbers. Great service given the corona climate
