I purchased a used bike online and was told it had just been serviced. Off the information and description, I paid for a Man in Van to collect/deliver it to me. The bike arrived with flat tyres, a none functioning brake and a bike chain that needed to be replaced. Clearly no service or care for giving their customers value. The Bike I paid £150.00 for was valued at £30.00 locally. I was offered a refund but the cost to ship the bike was £75 each way and they wouldn't make any contributions to the cost. Honestly, this was the worst used product I have ever brought. Don't believe the family run" trustworthy jargon. I lost nearly £200 dealing with Green Valley."

Absolutely the best for bargain bikes forget everybody on FB market place these guys beat them hands down. And if there is ever anything wrong with your bike just take it straight back to them and they'll sort it first class service all the way. So glad I found you guys 5+ ⭐

Poor condition bikes for the price, looked better on pictures on site than they are. Bikes we saw was damaged not serviced and definitely not worth 60+. Went somewhere else saw a bike for 40 in better condition lol.

Worth giving these guys/girls a go, Halfords" had mybike for 4 weeks to change brake/gear cables

Not impresed. Left two bikes for gears regulation and to change nave in one. Received bikes back in worse condition than before the service. Spent £50 for nothing. Then spent all day to adjust shifting. Not recomended.

Had a couple of used bikes last year, they are still going strong. Great family business, looked at lots of bikes and had time to choose what I wanted. Really nice, helpful people.

Do not trust. Ruined my hybrid. Asked for work on the front gears. Got it back in the dark so unable to check.The frame is scratched to bare metal because the gear mech now rubs.The gears slip constantly, the rear deraileur is not right as it I feel like it's about to jam itself up every now and again. It's gonna take a few weeks to fix it after these muppets.

Took my Specialized Rockhopper bike for a service on gears, drive chain and hydraulic brakes. Chain was replaced too. After service, chain kept slipping, brake bolts weren’t tightened so back brake came off the bike when travelling at high speed on a dangerous road. Brake cable they replaced on my bike is about 2ft too long so flaps about everywhere. Took back to refit the back brake and they just apologised saying they mustn’t have tightened the bolts properly but put the blame back onto me saying I should have checked before I took it (who takes hex keys with them and checks every bolt before taking their bike back home?). Chain still slips now and I just can’t be bothered taking it back to them. WASTE OF TIME.

Can see great reviews, sadly my experience was the opposite!. During recent 2nd lockdown, I bought a bike from Alex who was perfectly pleasant. As I could not try it out there was a clear agreement it could be returned if it unsuitable, which is was. Upon attempted return the terms of our agreement (which is in writing on FB messenger) were not honoured. I would not have purchased on this basis and was clearly influenced to purchase based on return option. Therefore trading in bad faith and in these troubling times I feel I have been had! Assume the CC company fraud Co. will agree with me when I apply for a charge back. MOST DISATISFIED
