A new wetherspoons, large open area with some booths down the back, plenty of other small tables and a small seating area out front. Food was decent, ale selection isn't as good as bigger wetherspoons. Always busy. Ideal for a pint before and after the cinema.

A good choice of food, clean and a good atmosphere. My friend and I arrived there around 14:00 it was very busy. During the time we spent there staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money, we will be re visiting again.

Best Spoons I’ve ever been to, the service is so quick I was tucking into my chicken strip burger in no time, what seemed like before I even ordered it. I forgot about all world problems while slurping my Pepsi max cherry and the table we were sat on was cleared before we even left the front door. Will be returning, won’t be a long visit though due to the fact you basically get your food while you’re still walking through the door.

Newly opened Spoons in the former Chiquito at the rear of White Rose.Went for a family tea on 1st November.Nice interior, which felt a little cramped with so many tables. It was very busy when we arrived around 7pm. Thankfully we spotted a free booth.It was incredibly noisy and difficult to have a conversation.We ordered via the app and drinks arrived fairly quickly. Our meals arrived within 15 to 20 minutes of ordering on the app.They food tasted good, was reasonably well presented and good value, although each of the meals were tepid and not piping hot.The waiting staff weren't overly friendly during our visit, and we noticed that a number of them were openly arguing with one another.The bar staff were friendly and helpful.Despite not carrying any dishes/drinks at the time, some of the staff blocked the way to the toilets for my elderly mother in law (and accompanying wife), feeling that they (the staff) should have priority and expressed their annoyance.It's new, so I would expect teething troubles, although I doubt that I will be back

I go to this place alot with my family and I must say, it rates very highly on my list. Out of interest, on my visit with my mother earlier today (when it was as busy as it gets), I secretly timed how long my drinks and meal took to arrive at my table after ordering. The results were unbelievable: our drinks took around 40 seconds to arrive and our meals (2x mains and 1x side) took exactly 6 minutes and 8 seconds. Absolutely incredible! The food was fresh, boiling hot and absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. I am utterly impressed!

Nice little pub when you want to escape the spending at white rose shopping centre for a while . Usual cheapish Wetherspoons prices for food and drink , although the all day brunch I got was only warm and not hot . Service for the drinks and food we ordered was very quick though . It wasn't too busy , but it was a midweek afternoon..

Small and compact but with all the benefits of Wetherspoons....Cheap food and drink thats good quality and served by friendly staff!!! Only downside I can see is it will be extremely busy at peak times and won't be able to cope with the volume of customers.

Tadd on the small side, but very cosy and Welcoming. Both pricey compared to other Wetherspoons in the city suburbs, but still good value. Food good, and very nice chatty and helpful staff. Enjoyed the visit.

Food and service were excellent - great tasting food and well priced great standard drinks- plenty of seats so we got a booth. Staff are courteous and welcoming plus barmaid had ESP and pulled a Guinness before I even spoke but she knew. Bravo
