I came to exchange or fix my damaged charms to this store today and Aleyna was extremely helpful. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the same ones anymore and I thought the repair time is just too long for me, but I’ve got them exchanged and she recommended some very useful stuffs as clips as an addition to my bracelet. And on the top of that she was very chatty and highly intelligent as well. Pleasant sales assistant, I’m very happy now. Thanks for your help!

The staff at this store are all so lovely! The assistant helped me to build a bracelet for my mum, I really wish I took her name. I even went back to the next day to return it and was served by another person. I have been to this Pandora on a few occasions and the staff are very polite and take the time out to help you.I know the ques can be long but that’s expected as the service the offer is personalised and they take time to help each customer. The gifts are thoughtful and they will help you to think about what you want to buy.

Can never fault the staff here. Even when really busy, they maintain a level of friendliness and politeness. Very helpful. No hard sell either, especially if you're not sure what you want.

The product is spot on. The quality of the jewelry is high. You can build your bracket by adding charms at each vist. Creating a piece of jewelry that increases in value. I have only giving 3 stars because, this store has some of the longest ques still, which is understandable, but makes what should be an enjoyable. experience, a chore. It's best to check what you want out online first. Order if you can. If not know what you want, to speed up the process while in store.

I was served by Abbie and she was brilliant! She took her time in showing me the different charms and walked me through the process of the new engraving service. She was very attentive and friendly and this will definitely be my go to branch because of her service and professionalism.

I was served by Kaela today and she was such a lovely staff member. I was really indecisive and I wasn’t sure what I want, but she helped me with my choices and stayed really friendly although it took me some time to decide. She was incredible and I hope I get to be served by her again next time I go there!
