Although service was slow and food being made was also slow, i will let it slide as you just opened two days ago, so hopefully will speed up with time as the new employees get used to everything and settle down, the food was very lovely though i gotta say. I will be back whenever i am around blackburn again as it costs me a lot of money to travel there in my very inefficient car haha, only gets 20mpg on motorways :( and even worse in towns , so you will see me sometime in near future. Keep up the good work

I've been eating from here since they've opened and the Food is always on par. No complaints from me. Always fresh. I'm a regular on Thursday mornings.My favourite is the Bacon & Sausage wrap and the Chicken Tikka Wrap in a Paratha.

The girl responsible for the cash registers was making the food aswell requires definite training, as there was only one staff member this morning. An uncooked egg, and the quality was poor. The butter chicken roll had minimal filling, with lukewarm and mediocre pastries. It might be better to consider shutting down if proper service isn't provided. The experience was unsatisfactory, and I'd recommend trying the Whalley Range branch or ChaiiCafe in Blackburn for a superior breakfast.

Food is always consistent here. But I’m currently stood here waiting (having rang the bell twice now), and the staff are continuing to talk in Gujrati about their family problems in the back. They aren’t even trying to pretend they’re busy. Just downright rude

The food is very tasty. The sausage rolls and masala chips are a particular favourite of mine. You can't beat the customer service from this site. Would recommend.

I've never been into tea shops as I think their prices are extortionate but I thought I'd see what the hype was about.Unfortunately like will almost all hyped places they tend to let you down.The only item which kinda seemed reasonably priced was the pasties.Got a chicken tikka pasty. Sounds good. But that's about it. Wasn't jumbo packed though it looked good on display. The pastry was OK but there was minimal filling.... like a chicken tikka paste spread on bread... wasn't piping hot either...Was offered tea for extra £1.85 but not my thing.Think I'll stick with Typhoo...

Very good customer service was served by Sumaya and atika they were very friendly and I was very Satisfied with their service. The food was fresh and very tasty definitely would recommend!! 5 stars from me

Thank you Sumayya for a fantastic customer service this morning.This is the first Chaiiwala that I was served with a bright smile, Sumayya you're an asset to Chaiiwala.The food and tea was ready within a few minutes which was a record breaker as I normally have to wait ages at other branches.From now on this will be my default Chaiiwala.Thanks again and all the best!

Food tea breakfast is always good here never really had an issue, staff are good aswell. Unfortunately I understand where the problems come from this place is understaffed when needed. The staff can be putUnder alot of pressure which can disturb quality of service and food.
