An absolutely terrible company to contact when resolutions are required on faulty, sub-standard products.Think hard before choosing such an outfit.If I could choose to post a ‘0’ star I would, but I’m forced to pick at least 1 (do not deserve).//Warrington

I was misguided enough to order a door from this company. They quoted a delivery time of 4-8 weeks. After endless phone calls, broken promises, misinformation etc it finally arrived just short of 5 MONTHS after ordering - and it was THE WRONG DOOR and it was BADLY MADE and COMING APART. Throughout the whole ghastly procedure I spoke to various people who were reasonably polite and friendly but ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered doors through a firm phoned jeld.wen up spoke to someone called Claire explained the profile of my doors and that they were smooth gave me a code so gave builders merchants the code first doors came damaged second doors came wrong then tried blaming me and wouldn't help the builders merchants out rubbish firm don't us took 4 weeks and never got it Wright only reason got 1 star wouldn't let me go lower never again

0 stars!!!!! Only reason I have put a 1 star rating is because it won't let me go any lower. Horrendous after sales support! Our back door has been leaking in to our kitchen now for two months and Jeld-Wen are still dragging their heels in dealing with the problem. An inspection from their own contracted inspector deemed the door faulty, and yet they have only offered a measly settlement figure, stating that they can't source a suitable replacement door (seems odd seeing as they are a doors and windows company). No one from their office has ever returned one of my calls - I have had to initiate contact on every occassion, and in spite of requesting a number of times that someone from Management or in a senior position contact me I have had no joy. Apparently every time I call their Managers are in conference calls, or conveniently in meetings. I would highly recommend anyone considering using this company take a good look elsewhere, as the hassle involved should there be any problems simply is not worth it! Additionally, their customer service when you are lucky enough to have the privilege of speaking to one of their staff is appaling.

Shocking company too deal with there guys they send out to measure are the sales guys and don't no what there doing after 4 weeks of waiting for a set of stairs and been measured twice as first guy couldn't do it they turn up and don't fit to wide not right hight or length amateurs at the best

Very disappointed and angry with the way Jeld Wen are treating me. They took months to respond to my complaint about several windows I purchased for my new house build in 2020. I finally had a surveyor out who admitted the windows and paint had failed under warranty. They booked in to rectify in something like 3 months time back in August and then cancelled today 2 days before my appointment with no explanation. How can this be that nobody is accountable - I have emailed for an explanation and been ignored. I had arranged for someone to be in during the whole day they were due to attend.I am appalled and don’t think they are even worth a one star rating that I had to give to leave this review.

I was trying to source some internal doors and found a design from Jeld Wen that I really liked and roughly the correct size.I had a couple of queries, but repeated emails and phone messages went unanswered with the exception of one (but the rep failed to provide all the information required).I did not believe that a company still trading could be as bad as other reviews indicated, but they are and this was before I had even placed an order.I am now placing an order for a less preferred door but not with Jeld Wen
