Richard and his assistant, Alfie, installed a new combi boiler, new toilet, new washbasin and replaced our rusty cast iron waste pipe outside with a new plastic one. All done to a high standard, in a timely manner and which represented good value for money.In addition, Richard exceeded expectations in two main ways. Firstly, showing an interest in our requirements and giving us expert advice about the best way to proceed - because we weren't 100% sure ourselves. And, secondly, recommending very good trades people to carry out non-plumbing & heating jobs, especially Tim the plasterer, who carried out all plastering work to an amazing standard.

We had Richard and his team carry out a boiler replacement for us in March 2023.It is always difficult getting employing tradespeople, but this process has been first class from start to finish.Richard visited to quote and was very thorough when running through the options and making notes of the property and potential job. When the quote arrived it was very comprehensive and provided detail on all the different options.Communication with the team in the office throughout the process has been excellent, they are very friendly and helpful.When the work was carried out the team were professional, clean, tidy and worked hard.We are very pleased with the finished job and will use Richard and his team for any other plumbing jobs and boiler service in the future.

We recently moved house and the heating system went sooner then we anticipated. Richard was very honest about what we could do now and what could be done down the line (we had a budget and quotes from other companies said we needed to replace the entire system straight away). The work was excellent and the aftercare was exceptional (we went for the newest Worcester Bosch and there were a few teething problems which required the manufacturers to resolve and Richard arranged all of this for us). We moved out for the work but everything was clean and tidy when we returned.We’ll be getting Richard back next year for the rest of the work we want to do and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

Richard Harding has been looking after my heating system for years now and the service is always impeccable. I had a bit of a problem with a leaky valve and once identified, it was fixed very promptly. Very clean and tidy work and prompt communication.

I've had Richard's team boiler the last two years since I've been here. Richard recently fitted me a new 1&which was fitted very quick. Had probs but turned out not the boiler but very blocked pipes under my property. Alfie found the issue&him&Brad sorted it out,I'm so grateful as wasnt a nice job, but so happy&will always highly recommend Richard&his team,very clean&tidy workers&always happy&cheerful .They go out of there way to get the job done. Karen at the end of the phone is so lovely as well. So thankyou all of you.

Richard was just brilliant!I needed a new boiler after 26 years and products have changed a lot in that time! I didn’t have a clue! I chose the latest Worcester Bosch, incredibly beautiful and very hi tech!Richard was very knowledgable and informative about the New product and reassured me throughout the whole process.He was incredibly professional, honest and punctual. They left the house clean, tidy and secure (I never close the windows but Richard did).I am absolutely thrilled with the work carried out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
