I couldn’t fault him with communication when originally we ordered goods.Unfortunately, we had to return a wand, fault in production, so it wasn’t fit for purpose.We returned via Parcelforce on 27th April, but didn’t get a refund until today 24th May.Consumer Contracts Regulations - the retailer pays for return. CCMTEC still owes us £47 for the return.
