Quick turnaround and did the image editing for free

I contacted this company direct to purchase a uniform for my daughter for her theatre group. I spoke direct to a member of staff to seek advice on sizing as my daughter, although age 11, is very petite. The member of staff advised on what size to purchase. Upon collecting the items, and trying them on my daughter, they were clearly too small...in fact 2 sizes too small. We then tried to return them or replace them and the company refused to consider exchanging both. I have never come across such poor customer service and in this day and age it is unbelievable that they do not offer a returns policy, especially when ordering children clothes. Please be warned if using this company, I would hate for anyone to have the experience we have had.
