This is my nail place since I got my house in Barons Court circa 12 years and yes a few months ago owner change which made me feel shaky but I went there and very quickly familiarised with new stuff. I am happy as I was before! Clean place and friendly staff additional gift vouchers and 2 hrs of day spa relaxation! massages are amazing I have done my nails 11.01.2019 (yesterday) and I told them they made me feel like a celebrity of the day THANK YOU GUYS see you soon x

Terrible manicure! They destroyed my nails! They used the drill so much on my nails that removed almost all my nails and now they are thin like paper and I can barely use them, they are so sensitive and delicate that after few days they started to break and cause me pain. NEVER AGAIN

I had Russian volume lashes with Khushi and am very happy with the result! Khushi was kind, caring and professional and it was also a great price. I will be returning for sure-highly recommend!

Visited this beauty salon yesterday as a walk-in customer..but I didn’t feel that I am unknown to this salon .. very NICE, FRIENDLY and gently talking staff.Had a massage and beard line there and I am so satisfied with the service I have received. Rates are also affordable. Will definitely come back again.Highly recommend..

Money grabbers!Came here for a shellac manicure and pedicure, the price was meant to be £60 which was the most I was willing to pay anyway.First of all, the pedicure was very fast. Used the foot peak as an easy way out to remove dry skin, which makes dry skin grow back 10 times more. Then to put the hot towel on my foot that literally burnt me, my feet was red raw. I asked for a pink glitter french tip which they had said was an extra £20, for them to do it and the glitter was only visible with a flash light on.I then asked for ombre shellac which they said was fine. i was then distracted on my phone to look up and see the lady had CUT my naturally long nails and said ombre was only available in acrylic. By then it was too late and just let her continue to then find out at the end that that was another £20????So i paid £100 for my nails i grew for 5 years to be cut and burnt feet.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I just showed up without an appointment to get a manicure. A wonderful and enchanting lady took care ofmy hands. She was just perfect and very personable. And the prices are really very affordable!

From the moment you walk in to the shop, to the moment you leave, you always feel so welcome!.Had a great experience having my facial treat-ment.Prices were reasonable. I walked in asking if I they accept walk in, the lady there was impatient, she shouted to me “what do you want” with a grumpy face. This poor service attitude surprised me. I did answer her I’d like acrylic nails. Another lady, with better attitude, said come back in two hours. I don’t mind coming back, as I live not far, but due to the rude attitude, I decided to come back to another nail salon.

I could say it’s was one of the best experience when I first have my nails done here. A lady took a good care of me and she knew what I want. Very professional! I highly recommend this salon
