Found this firm through Check a Trade,as they give a guarantee to the companies they list. From the first meeting found them very friendly with no hard sell as with other double glazing firms. I was kept up-to-date how my order was progressing. I had a new front and back door with and added request of a doggy door. From order to installation 6 weeks. Will definitely use them again. Excellent customer service.

I couldn't shut one of my windows, so I contacted North Wales windows.Within 2 hours they had come out, had a look, went and bought the new hinges that I needed and fixed my window.Will definitely use them again.

I've just had a full house of windows and doors fitted by north wales windows. From the first visit from phil jones to my installation I honestly cant fault them. Highly recommend these guys and the best part is they use there own fitters. Thanks guys
