Complete Carpet and Flooring

Popped in to see if they had a bit of flooring for an office conversion. Not only was it cheaper than the roll ends being sold elsewhere, but the chap took time out of his day to show me exactly how to lay it (best way to cut it round obstacles etc). Will definitely go back.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Really quick at coming to measure up, great price (cheaper than others I went to) and did an amazing job of fitting the carpet as I had some awkward angles for them to get carpet round. They had a shorter lead time on getting the carpet in than other companies and turned up to fit the carpet when they said they would. They moved all the heavy furniture and put it back (other companies said I would have to do that myself). Price was exactly as quoted and everyone was so nice. Thanks everyone.

Great service, great products, all at a great price. We have contracted Martin and his lads for many domestic jobs over several years. Fitters are always polite and professional and the work done with minimum fuss.

Do not use this company under any circumstance.I arranged to meet with this gentleman a month ago and confirmed his visit yesterday. I travelled a 700 mile round trip from my workplace especially to meet with him and took 3 days off to do so. This morning I received an call to say he had arrived in the village, it was busy and there was no where to park his van nearby. Where he was parked was a 5 minute walk to my house but he said it was too far to come. I tried to explain how he could drive to my house easily but he was too annoyed to do so and said he was just getting out of the place. He said it wasn't a job he wanted to take on anyway because the village was too difficult.He knew I had been waiting for and relying on him coming. We had even discussed the process and the dates that the laying of the carpet needed to be finished by. The village is busy, it's probably one of the busiest weeks of the year, but the carpet fitting would have been in October as he was aware. He must also have known that a Cornish village in the middle of August would be busy.I have no idea what his carpet fitting skills are like, I chose this company because they had good reviews. However, I can say this persons manner and attitude was an absolute disgrace and he clearly had no consideration for the customer.

We've used Complete Carpets and Flooring for our bedrooms, hall, stairs and landing carpets. They've done a great job. The carpets were excellent value and the fitters were really efficient and friendly. I'd happily recommend them.

There is an old adage. Good, fast, cheap. Pick two because you can’t get all three. The guys here completely blow that away. I’ve used them to lay carpets in two houses now and I’d not go anywhere else. Always a fantastic service

Fantastic service from start to finish. Good selection of carpets in the showroom and friendly advice. We were able to take some sample books home. Fitting team were excellent and all completed to a high standard with no fuss
