What a helpful company, the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful in answering questions I had, as it was the first time I had ever had a tank emptied. Mike who came to empty the tank was extremely quick to get started. When it was found the tank was fuller than I had expected, after the previous owner hadn't had it emptied for 30+ years, he gave me the options very clearly and got the tank all cleared out.
