Worst service ever. Advised that tried to deliver but no one in: Rubbish. Eventually got it by rearranging collection at nearest pick up point. 6 miles away, incurring petrol costs and an hour of my time.

Asked for door to door service and waited for the driver to pick up. Got an email minutes into the one hour time slot that there was no one in so the parcel wasn't collected.I was in the house, with my mobile, ready to hand the parcel over. If the driver cannot be bothered to call or knock on the door then that says a lot about the lack of care they give.I paid to get a service I did not receive. I will not be using them again.

Absolutely the worst delivery company I've ever had the misfortune of having to use. Claimed to have attempted delivery today but said there was no answer. We are a business open til 6pm, and have had the door open all day due to the heat, but the truth is, your driver is just an absolute lazy arse who is more interested in getting to the pub that doing his job properly. Will NEVER EVER use you scumbags again.

Zero stars. Beyond a joke parcel was to be delivered today and hasn't been had one message to say they are running late then nothing tracking doesn't work online as the van was at drop 13 since 9am. Tried contacting them and it's automated tried tracking it over the phone and the machine said it's out for delivery and should be here by 18.00, guess what it's not here so you're an hour past your deadline. If you can't meet the deadlines then you're in the wrong business, which by the way you definitely are. Contacted the company who the product was purchased from and they have raised a shipping investigation. So you clearly can't be trusted.

Driver was a liar, so were the staff in the call centre. I was watching from my window during the time slot i was given, saw the van come up the road and drive straight past without stopping. Within 2-3 mins i get a text saying we attempted to deliver but no one was available

Some how managed to burst open and repackage my shipment TWICE. Next day delivery it was meant to arrive Thursday... didn't come until Wednesday the following week. 10/10 worst company ever to deal with

0 stars, the most shockingly bad cowboys i have ever dealt with. These people will NOT deliver if you are not in, even if you select the leave with a neighbour option they will totally ignore it. The best part is, the driver wont bother leaving a sorry i missed you card so you wont even be able to collect it from a depot. I had to get my item refunded. There is no way to speak to this company, the website blatantly just outright lies and says our agents are available to help you 24/7 at this number" which isn't true

Arranged to collect parcel from depot after delivery driver ignored my request to leave in a safe place. Nobody was at reception at 2:30pm despite hours being 8am-8pm mon-Fri. Waited half hour, buzzed repeatedly. No way to contact them. Absolutely useless

I feel like reviewing a courier is kind of pointless but here goes.Inevitably, the only time you're going to review something like this is because you've had a bad experience, which was my case too, but trying to be objective it was sort of okay.The service was very fast and, on the day of intended delivery, I was given a 1 hour window which is better than many couriers who often just give you a date.However, I wasn't going to be in because of work, and this is where the problems start. There is no way to phone these guys if you need to make alterations to the delivery, or, indeed, if you have any kind of issue at all. Literally no way to talk to someone on the phone. There is a phone number, but it's 100% automated with few options. There's an email address, which I did not try, but I'd be amazed if they responded within 24 hours.If you want to rearrange your delivery, you're always going to be in the same time slot, which I accept as they won't change a delivery route for one person, but for me it meant I would never be able to receive my parcel. So I had to drive 30 minutes to my nearest distribution centre in Preston. When I got there I was served instantly and got my parcel quickly, so overall it's a pretty good service that's really let down by a major lack of centralised customer service.
