I took my new to me F3S in for a service and a couple of upgrades, really good service, from the London Speed team

Bought a 2nd hand Ryker 900 today. I have to say these guys where absolutely awesome. They couldn't do enough for us. The communication and guidance they gave was second to none. Very impressed and highly recommended.

Have been lucky enough to deal with London Speed on the purchase of our Spyder F3S and trade in of our Ryker. From the initial enquiry to them via email to the week after delivery the service has been awesome and communication brilliant. Ian and J have been so easy to deal with and helpful with all our queries, made the whole process incredibly stress free and exciting! Won’t hesitate to use them again and recommend to anyone

From our initial phone enquiry. Visiting the shop, viewing the Spyder that we liked. Not one, but two test drives. Then purchasing and taking home our new pride and joy. We enjoyed first class service. Everyone who works in the store is an integral part of a precision team. We made a long journey to purchase our Spyder. We were offered refreshments and use of the loo upon our arrival. No area was out of bounds. All questions were answered immediately & honestly. The paperwork was done in a few minutes. We made an additional purchase of a backrest, which was fitted whilst we went for lunch. Our used Spyder was handed over with a full tank of fuel; a rarity when purchasing a new car these days. Special thanks to in house mechanic Winston, who made adjustments to our trike, to suit my smaller frame. Which made the long journey home very comfortable. We're over the moon with our purchase, and highly recommend the services and professionalism of London Speed to anyone thinking of enjoying the joy of owning one of these fabulous machines.

Worst experience ever . The guy who own the shop the most racist person . He won t sell you any product if you re black or from eastern europe. So if you re not british avoid this shop

I have been a customer of London Speed since 2019 when I purchased a Can Am F3 S. From the very first day, the service I have received has been impeccable. But this did not stop at the initial transaction - Ian, Jay and Tom have treated me like a brand new customer every time I have called with a question or had my F3 service/upgraded. I have recommended London Speed to friends and will continue to refer anyone interested in the products they sell. I will be a customer for life.

Incompetent - changed the tube on my MX bike a fair while ago, moved away and haven’t used it since.Gone to ride it today and WOW - 2.50 inner tube used when it should be a 3.50, slightly pinched it and filled it with sealant to try to cover up, valve stabiliser placed on outside instead of inside, bead lock had been placed through valve hole leaving the valve coming through the large bead lock hole, didn’t replace external valve nut so it ripped straight off.Go elsewhere, leave them to sell their new products. Their mechanic clearly cant be bothered or lacks knowledge and time.Had to re-do it myself today and correct everything.

Really great guys, show room is filled with awesome gear and machines. Talked me through all controls, servicing and riding techniques including a pillion demonstration. They stock loads of spares and extras. Really great experience.
