Went to 02 yesterday looking for a new phone as a new customer. I Was unsure at first but then was helped by James Jardine who reassured me that he would try his hardest to get me a great deal and indeed he did. Came out over the moon with an amazing deal from James and his 11/10 customer service, best I have ever received. I have never felt like someone actually cared about a sale like that before and dealt with my mother that well. James you’re a legend! Please give this guy a raise. :)

The staff in this shop are exceptional and do what they can and more BUT the company need a lot to be desired.been waiting now for 2 weeks to be able to use my new o2 ported sim and the back room staff at o2 just do not respond when promised but as others have said quick to take your money.In short do not move to o2 there is no customer service away from the shop

I was blown away by the customer service received from James and his team at the Havant 02 Store, Havant Meridian Centre.The whole experience of updating and transferring data to my new phone was a very pleasant one. I was able to witness how highly efficient, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and professional James was with all the customers he came into contact with whilst there and would have no hesitation in recommending this store.

Great service set me up with new Samsung s22 with all accessories needed also had a faulty charger which was replaced under warranty can't fault James or chloie both helped me set up and transfer info.

I had a problem whe we changed to 02. After a short delay they seem to have cleared the problem. But it was only today so time will tell.

The mobile i wanted i was told it was £35 a month when it was actually 23.99 a month. The A23. The staff need more training on people skills. Tried to complain to manager about member of staff being blunt and was told I was rude, seems the manager needs training as well, because he couldn't tell me how I was rude. Will never shop there again.

Went to Havant shop after awful service at Waterlooville. The Manager could not do enough for us and whilst helping us he managed new customers and made everyone feel looked after.Excellent service
