First Class installation team, excellent product, brilliant after sales and remedying minor faults (in product not installation) rapidly and at no additional cost of course. The true measure of a top company is how they deal with things that aren't perfect.....and I'm happy to say, True Style excelled.Would I recommend them?.......I most certainly would.....and, I have!

Had my doors fitted a few days ago and they did an excellent job, just want to say thanks to Emma, Damian, Mark, Adam and James for everything. Mark and Adam did brilliant putting the new composite doors on. They was on time very clean and professional I would recommend truestyle windows to anyone who wants there doors doing. Having met Damian and Mark some years ago, it was a no brainer to return to Truestyle. From the initial visit, the listened, threw in a few ideas(4 large bifold doors, thankyou Mark)Full change of windows, fascias, guttering, tiled roof on the porch, tiled warm roof on the conservatory with 3 fabulous large glass panels and the removal of an internal wall, including a rather large beam as support.From start to finish their work has been fantastic!!.Would I recommend...100%.A huge thank you to Damian, James, Mark and Adam.I couldn't be happier.

I needed a new side door for the house but wasn't interested in the hassle of dealing with the tranditional double glazing salesman thing. Got a few quotes in from local suppliers and Trustyle stood out from the crowd by being helpful and professional from the start. In the end I decided to have an Endurance solid core composite side door fitted by them. Got a good price, service was top notch all the way through. Fitting team arrived on time and were polite and professional. Overall a pain-free experience. I'll definately be using them again in the future.

From the initial quotation through to completion of the installation we could not fault this company. We were apprehensive at replacing our much loved original period windows which had come to the end of their life and were seeking a good quality product, expertly installed. Truestyle fulfilled all our requirements. They provided a competitive price, excellent customer service and the whole team were hard working and professional. I had 3x windows replaced by Truestyle. I feel they were a reasonable price and I was happy with the service received. Fitting was fuss free and efficient, the fitters were polite and very tidy, my home was left exactly as they'd found it. Fit and finish was excellent.Overall aside from having to wait due to supply of materials and demand for their services, I couldn't fault them. The windows supplied are of an excellent quality and value for money. My FENSA certificate arrived around a month later, exactly as I had been told.I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would happily recommend them to others, thank you.

Having had many a nightmare involving window companies I have finally found not just a good one but an amazing company.We have a converted church and needed to replace our 111 year old church doors and a window, they needed to complement the building, we wanted to replace like for like double doors which opened outwards with an arch over the top. This time having composite doors instead of wood. It's taken 6 years to find a company who would take them on, most companies won't do anything that involves craftsmanship or thinking. Two companies even said yes took our deposit then backed out but not these guys. From the moment Damian and James arrived at our home we knew they were different not salesmen full of empty promises but actually fitters who knew what they were doing, after a short conversation they were happy to tell me what I wanted was something they could do, and they have.These guys are craftsmen honestly they came back to briefly measure up after we had said yes and they gathered the information they needed quickly, we have 12 arches to this property and 11 of them were a nightmare for the previous company to measure and template and many companies just refuse to do arches so I was surprised how quickly they sorted it.On fitting day I was a nervous wreck I love this old building so much. The guys were fantastic they stripped out the old doors managing to save me the old stained glass arch in one full piece and cut me down the top of the old doors which again had stained glass I wanted to rescue. They even managed to rescue the old internal door casings so they could be put back in place.The new arch was offered up and fitted perfectly as did the new doors and the replacement window. The original internal casings were put back into place and the whole thing looks amazing. The difference these new doors make is amazing how they hold the heat in, what a difference.The Truestyle windows team care, they are understanding, very reasonable, efficient and skilled craftsmen, true professionals and we will have them do further works as we need them.I wouldn't bother talking to anyone else. They are so helpful not to mention they communicate really well, they ring when they say they will. Turn up when they say they will and that these days is a rare quality.

Fantastic service from start to finish, very friendly and approachable staff. They arrived on time and worked very hard and left everything clean and tidy. The windows and door looks fantastic, we are very happy and would definitely recommend.

Truestyle recently fitted a new front door for us. They were great from start to finish. It was good to see real-life examples in the showroom, they were very patient with us deciding exactly what to go for, and the new door looks fab. There was a slight issue with the sealant but the guys came back to put it right straight away. Thanks all!
