Absolutely fab customer service - Steve Parking can not do enough for his customers and is a pleasure to deal with.I have ordered twice now on line for school items for my daughter and as I live local his deliveries to my home have been same day.Even when there was a misunderstanding on one of the orders Steve had it sorted within an hour and items dispatched.I am 47 and used to get my school gear from this shop so great to see a business still going strong with fab customer care values.My experience in shopping in store have also been second to none as the staff are always very friendly and helpful with a smile on their face which is very rare in todays consumer marketBrian Cunningham

What outstanding service we received from Steve! We ordered uniform mid-morning and our order was at our door by early afternoon. We had misjudged sizes and Steve brought extras to try and gave expert advice. I look forward to shopping here again and would highly recommend it. Steve's customer service is superb.

I ordered a blazer for my son during lockdown and Mr Parkin brought it round the next day, free of charge. I asked if we could go up a size and Mr Parkin was extremely helpful, organising an exchange the next day. Absolutely first class service, thank you very much.

Brilliant service from Parkin’s today. I ordered my son’s school uniform on line as he has grown so much during lockdown. Not only were they delivered just a few hours later but several sizes were brought to the door to try on. Amazing service and quality. Could not have asked for a better service. .

Well I must say what a fantastic service Parkins is doing making sure children are still getting there uniform.Placed my order Tuesday at a 11 was hand delivered at 3 by Steve himself.My daughters blazer was to big so I emailed them and asked if I could change it nothing was a problem. They emailed straight back.I met Steve in Durham to change it, which I wasn’t sure of the size so he give me too sizes to try which it was so kind for him to do this.Would highly recommend this store.Once again thank you. During this current lockdown I have been struggling to know what size uniform I needed for my son. Steve was very kind and came with a couple of alternatives so I could get the right size. I am absolutely impressed with the customer service of this store. Will recommend to anyone. Thank you Steve

Friendly and very helpful staff, they have a great range of school uniform available. Managed to get both kids uniform within 10 minutes, the staff have great knowledge of sizes and they have fitting rooms.

Superb customer service. I ordered 2 different school blazer sizes for my son, they were delivered in person the next day and then the one we didn't need was collected the day after that and a refund issued. So grateful to Parkins for doing that, when we had very little notice about going back to school.
